Field
appraisers are mobile by nature and data should be too. However, just
going mobile or paperless is not enough. An integrated mobile solution
is needed to truly realize the enormous productivity gains and cost
savings possible. Join IAAO on June 21, 2017, for "Becoming a Mobile
Assessor" to learn more about the differences between mobile and
integrated mobile including the importance of workflow, reporting,
real-time field tracking and quality control. This webinar will also
provide examples and real productivity stats courtesy of the Travis
Central Appraisal District.

It's
a bill that probably will get the wholehearted support of anyone who

assessment appeal filed by the local school district or municipality.
House Bill 1213 now pending before the state Legislature would prevent
Pennsylvania school districts, municipalities and counties from filing
assessment appeals in such situations, as well as in others.

larger than life. That impression is both superficial and wrong,
according to Elena Lytkina Botelho and Kim Powell, consultants at
ghSMART, a Chicago-based management consulting firm.
