savings possible. Join IAAO on June 21, 2017, for "Becoming a Mobile
Assessor" to learn more about the differences between mobile and
integrated mobile including the importance of workflow, reporting,
real-time field tracking and quality control. This webinar will also
provide examples and real productivity stats courtesy of the Travis

In
a major victory for subsidized housing developers and investors, the
Wisconsin Supreme Court has reaffirmed longstanding principles governing
the assessment of these properties. The Dec. 22, 2016 decision in
Regency West Apartments LLC v. City of Racine confirms that the

Walt
Disney Parks and Resorts are suing over their property tax assessments
from 2016, calling them "excessive." Disney filed nearly a dozen

Twin Cities law firm has asked city leaders to reduce the assessed
value of buildings housing Best Buy and Gander Mountain by $1 million or
more, but it's not clear to city staff that the firm actually had
authorization from one of the clients. The City Commission saw the
requests Monday, May 22, and voted unanimously to deny the requests
after City Assessor Ben Hushka explained how his office applies the same
assessment method to all commercial properties.

point was simple: Their followers were also moms or dads who were going
home and talking about their day in front of their children. And you,
their leader, had a starring role in that story.
