Town of Dover who argued their constitutional right to challenge their
tax assessment was violated after they refused to let the town assessor
inside their home. The court ruled 5-2, with five justices agreeing with
the conclusion to allow the homeowners to challenge their assessment in
court, but for three different sets of reasons.
