by Geek Wire. Zillow's Zestimates provides a market look at the
estimated price of a home, which the lawsuits claim was deceptive and
misleading in addition to a litany of other claims.

took a first step toward a potential property tax overhaul recently, as
voters approved a constitutional amendment that could lead to change.

paid more than its fair share of property taxes on three stores in St.
Joseph County for years dating back to 2011 and earlier, according to
settlement agreements that call for refunding the big-box retailer
nearly $3.5 million. According to those agreements, taxes paid by Meijer

reduced in the coming years until the retailer is fully refunded.
