said were inaccurate tax assessments after the judge of the Indiana Tax
Court rejected the argument that her previous rulings were inaccurate.
The case deals with the CVS store located on North College Avenue.

Texas appellate court has rejected Austin City Hall's bid to challenge
appraisals for commercial property citywide, ruling the city lacked
standing to bring the lawsuit. The opinion, written by Justice Scott
Field of the 3rd Court of Appeals, found the city failed to exhaust the
administrative appeals process to challenge property valuations before
heading to court.
