Multifamily housing market focus of May 1 webinar
With the multifamily housing market booming, increasing rents have had a significant impact on affordability. This will be the focus of the May 1 IAAO webinar on “Multifamily Repurposing: Trend Or Craze and How It Makes Sense.”
The situation has put pressure on developers to find a creative way to supply affordable multifamily housing despite rising land and construction costs.
