Conference early registration deadline is Friday

The early bird deadline for the 2022 IAAO Annual Conference, Aug. 28-31 in Boston, is this Friday, July 15. After that date, registration rates increase to the regular rate until Friday, Aug. 12. After that, fees will be at the onsite rate.

As part of registration, attendees also can register for the Women's Initiative Luncheon, scheduled for Wednesday, Aug. 31, and the two pre-conference workshops, Dark Store Theory and Residential Cost Approach, set for Sunday, Aug. 28.

Golf and baseball

The Massachusetts Chapter of IAAO is handling registration for the Saturday, Aug. 27 golf outing at the Robert T. Lynch Municipal Golf Course and tickets for the Aug. 27 Tampa Bay Rays vs. Boston Red Sox baseball game at Fenway Park. Conference session survey

Vision Government Solutions, a Diamond conference sponsor, is presenting a program at the conference entitled "Getting to the Root of Your Assessment Data Challenges" and is asking registrants to assist with the program through a survey.

The survey data will contribute greatly to the presentation's discussion on how to determine/analyze the root cause of assessment data challenges. With the survey feedback and insight, the team of presenters will scaffold various strategies to both pinpoint and rectify any inconsistencies within your assessment data.

Additionally, with the results from this survey, the Vision team will examine the data to create an updated form with targeted and specific analysis questions to assist in finding possible solutions for all CAMA users.
