IAAO member since 1991, RES and CAE designations. Served on IAAO Executive Board 2012-2015, IAAO Conference Content Committees for the Anchorage and Milwaukee conferences, IAAO Research Committee where we earned both the Bernard L. Barnard award and the Distinguished Research and Development award for published articles, IAAO Education Committee, and as Chair of the Curriculum Development Committee. Active IAAO National Instructor. Presented at five IAAO conferences, two IAAO Webinars, several NCRAAO conferences, and at many Wisconsin events. Chairman of the Content Committee for the 2008 and 2015 NCRAAO Conferences.

Certified General Appraiser, AQB Certified USPAP Instructor, Adjunct Assessment and Appraisal Professor, Curriculum Designer, and Developer of an Online Certificate of Property Assessment Program at a local college.

WAAO Publication Award in 2003, Chairperson of the Year Award in 2006, Distinguished Research and Development Award 2008, 2015. Served 6 years as a WAAO Executive Board member.

Committed to excellence in IAAO education, research partnerships with academics, a solid Technical Assistance Program, the Excellence in Assessment Administration Program, International Relations, Quality Conferences, and the needs of our members.

My experience at various levels gives me valuable insight on how to best serve IAAO. I believe that my two IAAO designations, the fact that I am an IAAO Senior Instructor, my experience on multiple committees, and my voting record as an IAAO Executive Board member set me apart from the other candidates and I ask for your vote.

Bachelor of Business Administration, Real Estate major, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Data collector for CLT, now Tyler Technologies, Appraiser, then Assessment Division Manager for the City of Milwaukee.
