The early bird registration fee for the conference is $645 for IAAO members
and $845 for nonmembers until July 20th and then increases to $770 and
$970. After Sept. 8 the fee is $895 for members and $1,095 for nonmembers.
What Registration Includes
– Full registration includes access to all Education Sessions and Plenaries, as well as the Sunday Welcome Reception, the Monday Opening Ceremony, the Wednesday Closing Banquet, and mobile app. You will also have access to the Exhibit Hall, Conference Proceedings and Recertification & Continuing Education Credits. With full registration, you are invited to every meal served and given a conference bag.
– One-Day registration includes everything offered in full registration for the day attended, with the exception of the Wednesday Closing Banquet.
– Guest registration includes access to the Sunday Welcome Reception, the Monday Opening Ceremony, the Wednesday Closing Banquet, the Exhibit Hall, and all served meals and breaks. It does not include Educational Program Sessions or Proceedings. Guest registrations on-site or after September 7th will be $350.
Single Event Tickets
Single Event Tickets are available during registration or by using the Single Event Ticket Form above. Additional single event tickets will be sold onsite at the IAAO Registration Desk.
Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds will be honored, less a $150 processing fee, only if received in writing by September 7, 2018. No refunds will be made after September 7, 2018. You may send a replacement instead of cancelling for a $50 processing fee.
Badges and Conference Material Pickup
Conference materials may be picked up starting at noon on Saturday, September 22, at the IAAO Registration Desk located in the Minneapolis Convention Center. Look for signs pointing the way.
Please wear your badge to all Conference functions. Badge scanning for all educational sessions will be done through the QR code located on your badges. Be sure you are scanned when entering all Education Sessions to receive CEU credit.

What to Wear
The conference this year is in Minneapolis during September, business casual is appropriate attire. For the Wednesday evening’s Closing Banquet, evening wear or formal wear have traditionally been worn for this event. Business attire is also acceptable.
