2022 Conference Prospectus
New in 2022 is the Exhibitor Showcase. Exhibitors have the opportunity to demonstrate products and services in hour long sessions directly across from the Exhibit Hall.
Exhibiting at the conference is a fantastic way to meet with your target audience, but it’s not the only way to get to know attendees. The Exhibit Hall hours leave plenty of time for exhibitors to network with attendees outside of the Exhibit Hall. New this year is the Exhibit Hall Happy Hour, providing dedicated time that does not compete with education session. Each booth includes a specific number of complimentary personnel registrations, and exhibitors are encouraged to take advantage of our reduced exhibitor personnel registration rate of only $550 per additional person.

The 2022 Annual Conference and Exhibition will take place at the Hynes Center and the Sheraton Boston Hotel. Please see the conference hotel page for reservation information.
Please Note: if you are contacted by a firm offering to book hotel rooms at a lower cost you are urged to say “NO” and only book directly with the hotel, using the link on our website. Other Associations have found that firms contacting members may only be looking for credit card information or will book attendees with rooms that have large cancelation fees.
