Roderick Conley, AAS, RES is a member of the IAAO Board of Directors, representing Region 2. Outside of IAAO he recently became the Chief Appraiser for Fulton County in Georgia.
He has earned both the IAAO Assessment Administration Specialist (AAS) and the Residential Evaluation Specialist (RES) designation and served on the 2022 IAAO Diversity and Inclusion Task Force. He is a member in good standing with the local chapter, the Georgia Association of Assessing Officials (GAAO) and has earned the Georgia Certified Appraiser (GCA) designation. He served on the Executive Board as the Southeast District Representative of GAAO from 2016 to 2020.
In 2021, under Roderick’s administration at the Chatham Board of Assessors, the jurisdiction received the Certificate of Excellence in Assessment Administration (CEAA) designation from IAAO.
