Ryan Cavanah, CAE, is a member of the IAAO Board of Directors, representing Associate members. Outside of IAAO he is a national sales manager for Tax Management Associates Inc. in White Pine, Tennessee. He has been an IAAO member since 2006. He has earned the IAAO designations of RES and CAE and is a Tennessee Master Assessor.

He has served as the president of the Tennessee Chapter of IAAO, and a member of the USPAP Committee, and is on the IAAO Professional Development Committee.

Before his current position at TMA, he was a Project Manager for Patriot Properties after serving as an Appraisal Specialist with the State of Tennessee.
