Submit Expenses Online with SAP Concur

The SAP Concur expense platform is now available to process travel expenses for Board members, committee members, and IAAO employees. The system is made up of the SAP Concur Expense app and Concur website. 

The SAP Concur Mobile app is what you will use to review and submit your expense reports while you are on the go or visit the Concur website from your desktop!

Website
Go to Concur Solutions login, and your login ID is your email, and a default password is provided. You will be prompted to change your password. Once you have changed your password, keep it private. Once logged in, please verify your email (Profile – Top right > Profile Options)

Mobile App
Download the SAP Concur expense mobile app from the Apple App Store or Google Play and launch the SAP Concur app from your mobile device

Get paid via direct deposit

If you would like expense reimbursements paid via direct deposit instead of receiving a paper check, completed direct deposit form and send to payables@iaao.org.
