Call for Presentations
IAAO is now accepting submissions ideas for the Exhibitor Showcase at the 2025 Annual Conference and Exhibition, September 21 – 24 in Orlando, Florida.
Deadline for submissions is June 2, 2025.
Returning this year, the EXHIBITOR SHOWCASE is an opportunity for our business partners to provide live demos in a dedicated space in a room outside of the Exhibit Hall. Attendees will be invited to experience the latest and greatest with the intent of leaving these sessions wanting MORE and having the contacts to make those connections.
Sessions will be 60 minutes in length and follow the start times of the education sessions on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Partners will have access to a room at quarter till the start time for set up.
Sessions are provided as complimentary to annual conference exhibitors who are sponsors. A session opportunity will be available as space and time slots allow for those exhibiting but not sponsoring at a rate of $1,000.
Priority of session time slots will be provided by level of investment in 2025 conference exhibiting and sponsorship combined.
The audio-visual equipment provided for these sessions will be a screen, LCD projector, and HDMI cable from projector to podium.
The session room seats 125 at capacity. The room will be set with a podium, and six-foot table with three chairs located on the floor. There will be one microphone on the podium and one on the table.
Additional equipment may be available at the presenting company’s expense. Exhibiting Showcase presenters will be responsible for providing a laptop and any adapters needed for connecting to the HDMI cable connected to the LCD projector. Exhibitor Showcase sessions will run at the same time as other conference education sessions. Session rooms will be open to all attendees.
Presenting companies should plan to provide their own lead retrieval from attendees. Any scanning by IAAO will be for attendee count only.
Partnering companies will need to complete a brief submissions form. Only the lead presenter’s name will be required. All presenters must be registered for the conference.
