Candidate Questionnaire

Due July 1, 2025 – Please fill out the Candidate Questionnaire and submit it to IAAO Headquarters no later than July 1. Scan and submit the three supporting documents and proof of having taken Workshop 171 as outlined at the end of the questionnaire and email those to chevreux@iaao.org. Upon completion of the form, please save the document and email it to chevreux@iaao.org. If you do not receive a confirmation that your attachment was received within 24 – 48 hours please contact Shawn Chevreux at (816) 701-8155.

Candidate Profile

Due July 1, 2025 – Please fill out the Candidate Profile form and submit it to IAAO Headquarters no later than July 1. The information provided will be printed in the Fair + Equitable magazine, and sent with the paper ballots. Please note the following rules regarding the profile:

  1. Your profile must be 1,800 characters or less, submitted on the online profile form.
  2. Endorsements will not be listed in the profile material.

Upon completion of the form, please save the document and email it to chevreux@iaao.org. If you do not receive a confirmation that your attachment was received within 24 – 48 hours please contact Shawn Chevreux at (816) 701-8155.

Candidate Photo

Due July 1, 2025 – Please email a profile candidate photo to Shawn Chevreux at IAAO Headquarters at chevreux@iaao.org. The photos are used in the Candidate Brochure which appears in Fair + Equitable, on the IAAO Website and is mailed with the official ballot.

Photo Requirements:

  • Digital color photographs in JPEG or TIFF format
  • 3″ X 4″ at a minimum of 300 pixels per inch  – View Sample Photo below

Most modern digital cameras will shoot at this resolution or equivalent and in JPEG format. Cell phone photos and photos from website pages may not be of sufficient quality.

Candidate Advertising

Candidates in the 2025 election that are certified to appear on the ballot can advertise their candidacy to IAAO members. Please see Election Advertising Insertion Order & Payment Information form.
