Executive Board Candidates are placed in one of three positions on the ballot according to their membership situs. The geographic makeup of the three positions is determined by the Nominating Committee, subject to approval by the Executive Board. The geographic makeup is re-examined every five (5) years, most recently in 2022, to ensure equal representation of members within each geographic area.
