Senior Director, Professional Development

This administrative and managerial position directs the activities of the Professional Development Department in alignment with the organization’s code of ethics, bylaws, and procedural rules. The role identifies and addresses the professional development needs of IAAO members and non-members in property appraisal, assessment administration, and property tax policy. Responsibilities include developing, managing, and facilitating education programs consistent with IAAO’s mission and strategic plan, while ensuring modern and effective content delivery methods. The role also serves as the staff liaison for designated organization committees, providing support for program implementation.
