The 2026 Annual Conference is set for Oct. 13-16 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada at the Calgary TELUS Convention Centre. Conference registration will open in late April, and IAAO is accepting submissions for session program topics until through Jan 31.
A reminder, for the 2026 Conference, U.S. citizens will need a passport to enter Canada.
The IAAO Annual Conference is the premier platform for sharing successes, discovering best practices, and learning from expert colleagues about the latest research in property appraisal and valuation. Nearly 1,700 people attended the 2025 Annual Conference in Orlando, Florida.

Conference Information
