The Annual Conference is the premier platform to share successes, discover best practices and learn from expert colleagues the latest research in the field of property appraisal. Approximately 1,700 people took part in the 90th Annual Conference, which took place Aug. 25-28, 2024 in Denver.
Each year educational sessions, networking opportunities and events, and a varied exposition are offered to attendees to provide assessment professionals with the tools needed to succeed. Conference attendees are given the opportunity to interact with peers from across the country as well as around the globe.
IAAO will open the call for potential sessions for the 2025 Annual Conference in December and conference registration will start in the Spring.
