IAAO Membership Dues

IAAO membership dues for members in Established Mass Appraisal Market countries and Emerging Mass Appraisal Market countries are based on the country where the member resides. See the list below for countries in the Established Mass Appraisal Market list. Countries not on the Established Mass Appraisal Market list qualify for reduced rates. Renewal dues are automatically calculated based on country of residence.

All members will receive publications electronically.  Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

In January 2024 the IAAO Board initiated a three-year trial program to reduce dues for potential members residing in countries outside of the list of Established Mass Appraisal Market countries to better reflect local economies.
